CNTU Held it's AGM Jan 9th

The CNTU held its AGM Jan 9th, 2011 with about 25 members attending. We had quite the productive meeting. The members voted to define the English Flying Tippler into the constitution by a unanimous vote in favour, I may be wrong here but this may be one of a kind.extremely proud of the membership on this one.



Would like to take this moment to thank everyone for their patience in getting out this website. It has been a long time in coming. We know you will be pleased and will find that there is a lot of information here for everyone.

Albert Hartshorne 1899 - 1998


Albert Harshorne, aged 99 years, died on the 3rd of April 1998. Albert was a life member of the N.T.U. and honoured member of the Willenhall Club. During his working life, Albert was a miner. He was a tippler fancier most all of his life, and friend of Wilf Lovatt, the first man to fly 20 hours
